We offer three levels of UPS shipping. The cost is calculated by package weight and the distance to your address.
UPS Ground
- Delivery Commitment: Delivery typically in one to five days
- Service Area: The 48 contiguous states
UPS 3 Day Select
- Delivery Commitment: Delivery by the end of the third business day
- Service Area: The 48 contiguous states
UPS 2nd Day Air
- Delivery Commitment: Delivery by the end of the second business day
- Service Area: The 48 contiguous states
Store Pickup
We do not have a "brick and mortar" store. However, customers may choose Store Pickup as a shipping method when purchasing online. If you choose "Store Pickup" please contact us to make an appointment to pick up your item. The pickup location is in New York City on Manhattan's Upper East Side:303 East 60th St New York, NY 10022
Return Policy
We value your business and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases. We will issue a full refund of the purchase price if the following conditions are met:- You have notified us within 2 days if there is a problem with the merchandise.
- The item is be returned within 14 days of delivery date.
- The item is returned in original condition.
- A copy of your receipt or the following information is included: Name, Address, Daytime Phone Number, Order/Model Number, and Reason for Return.
- Return shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- All refunds will be issued to the credit card used to make the original purchase. Please allow 2-3 days from the day we receive the product for the refund to be issued.
